We had a good idea of the neighborhood we were interested in. That said, our local expert provided a lot of nuanced insights that we were able to take advantage of to maximize our options that included the timing of the rental market, negotiating multi-year leases, and how to navigate around the perceptions of ESAs. Highly recommend anyone that use this service to come with specific questions to best leverage the expertise that Porchlight can facilitate so you won't waste any time.

I already discussed my feedback with Diane Ayres, but I had an exceptionally negative experience with Porchlight. I would not recommend them to others given the poor guidance I received from my local rental expert.
