  • Cancellation Policy: The agent will have hours of time involved preparing for the tour, therefore a cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your tour with less than 24 hours notice. Fee is dependent upon how much work was done at the time of cancellation. If listings were sent prior to cancellation, the fee is $495.
